Better Bingo Network is operated by Crown Bingo Ltd from its headquarters in Newcastle, England. Sites on the Better Bingo Network are fully licensed under a gaming licence granted by the government of Alderney. 

The Gambling Act 2005

The Gambling Act 2005 came into force September 2007.  The act bans gambling adverts from companies outside the EEA unless their jurisdiction has passed stringent assessment of regulatory standards.  We're pleased to say that Alderney, along with the Isle of Man, are the only two jurisdictions so far to be included in the UK's official 'whitelist' meaning bingo sites on our network are free to advertise in the UK
